わたしにとってWONDERとは
わたしの動きにまとわりつき、ああ、自分はこんなだった、と気づく。
表現はキャンバスの上だけではなく、生きてること全てだ、と教えてくれた。
I realised I was wrapped up in paint-covered clothes. It reminded me of how I was when I was painting. I have learned that expressiveness not lie in the canvas alone, but is in every aspect of the life I lead.

「絵の中にはいりたい」ミロコマチコさんがくれた、たったひとつの願いごとはおおきなうねりとなって”うみまとう”という出来事になった。
共鳴するように並走する音楽と重なり合って描かれうまれていくいきもの。
彼女が纏っていた絵具にまみれた衣は、とどまることのない一枚の絵がうまれる瞬間の記憶が力強く宿っているようで、とても美しく愛おしいものでした。
‘I want to enter into the painting.’ This was the sole wish that mirocomachiko told us, and it caused a stir, giving rise to an event titled Umimato. The creatures she makes seem to emerge in parallel with the music quality that resonates in her painting acts. Her clothing is covered in paint, like memories of the time when a painting was born.
